SWANN BOD Approved Meeting Minutes
The SWANN Board of Directors (BOD) meet 7 times a year on a regular schedule on the 3rd Thursday of the designated months. Special Meetings are called (and announced) when special situations arise for the gathering of the BOD for decision making purposes.
Minutes of the SWANN Board of Directors meetings are subsequently approved at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board. Meetings are held in Chadron, Nebraska.
