Thank you for your interest in the Online [electronic] Bill Paying program with Solid Waste Agency of Northwest Nebraska (SWANN).  SWANN is excited to now offer this payment option to rural customers and others who currently pay their bills directly to SWANN and not through the city/town in which they live. See the Processing Fee section on this webpage, regarding additional charges associated with this payment option. SWANN continues to strive to provide quality waste services and programs, such as our online payment system, to all customers with properties located in the SWANN Service Area. 

Paying Online

SWANN's chosen bill payment company makes it easy, safe and convenient to manage your account online. Now available, you are able to see your charges, pay your bill, make contact when you have questions and more. If your account is charged monthly or quarterly, you will receive your invoice/bill from which you then can pay online. Receive your bill/invoice sooner, sign-up today to have your charges emailed to you, then payment is as simple as clicking a link in your email message.

Do you want even more convenience? You will be able to sign up for Auto-Pay and leave the work to the billing company and they will do the work for you.

Paying your trash bill should be easy, and that's just what SWANN has now made available, you will simply log in to an online web account with the Web ID you are provided, enter a few pieces of information in an easy to follow form and you're done!!

  • If you have already completed the form below, then you are set and ready to go!
  • If it's your first time visiting this page, then use the form below to sign up!
  • You will need to have an active current account with SWANN, and be provided with a WEB ID number in order to make payments online.
  • If you are not sure - then contact SWANN with the form below, but be sure to enter your question in the comment box.

SOME SIMPLE EASY STEPS TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT ARE...

  • Click on the link provided in your email; navigate to the Agency's billing service from your browsing history; or enter the URL listed on your printed invoice/post card
  • Enter your provided Web ID # to bring up your payment screen
  • Enter a payment amount
  • Enter your credit card information OR your bank account information
  • You can decide if you want your payments to be automatic in the future
  • Submit your payments and you're done. It will be that easy!!

Electronic Payment Processing Fee:
$3.50 min | 4.5% | $40.00 max

Electronic payments, any method, will incur a processing fee. A minimum fee of $3.50 will be added to assessed accounts totaling less than $80 or; charges $80 & greater will incur processing fee of 4.5%, with a maximum processing fee of $40.00 applied. For failed or defaulted electronic payments, the $25.00 Insufficient fund fee may be added to any customer account, see the Rates page for full details.

  • Currently this new payment option is only available for solid waste services &/or charges incurred by rural customers and others who currently pay their bills directly to SWANN and not through the city/town in which they live.

Automatic Payments

If you have chosen to have your account pay, via your chosen payment method, automatically, please note that this will occur on the 10th* day of each month [or as noted below]

*If the 10th falls on a Saturday, then your automatic payment will be processed on the preceding Friday; If the 10th falls on Sunday, the following Monday will be the day your automatic payment is applied to your account.
