SWANN is excited to have begun building into our Operations Plan and our new website the alternative of Online Bill Pay. SWANN is working on & moving toward rolling out this new option to rural customers and others who currently pay their bills directly to SWANN and not through the city/town in which they live. SWANN continues to strive to provide quality waste services and plans for our online billing system to become available in the early part of 2025.

Paying your trash bill should be easy, and that's just what we are working toward here at SWANN. Once available, you will simply log in to an online web account with the Web ID you are provided, enter a few pieces of information in an easy to follow form and you're done!!
